As we strive to improve the GoFundMe experience for our customers, the countries listed below have been updated to our 0% platform fee, as of April 19, 2022:

- Belgium
- Finland
- Luxembourg
- Portugal
- Norway
- Denmark
- Sweden
- Switzerland
Fundraisers created in these countries before April 19 are still subject to our 5% platform fee, but any fundraisers created after that date will be updated to the new pricing policy. If you would like to create a new fundraiser, simply click “Start a new fundraiser” within your GoFundMe account; you can review this article for additional support and advice.
All fundraisers on GoFundMe will have a small transaction fee per donation; this is deducted automatically from donations, and the person receiving funds will receive all funds raised minus these transaction fees.
Please note, fundraisers created in these countries before April 19 will no longer be able to accept new donations after June 19, 2022. If you would like to continue accepting donations for the same fundraiser after June 19, please contact our team by submitting this form so that we can assist in re-creating your fundraiser. Please allow our team 2 to 5 business days to reply once the form is submitted. If you will be done receiving donations by that time, you do not need to do anything.
