Donations are paused on my charity fundraiser

Incoming donations on your fundraiser may be paused if the charity you’ve selected is inactive with our payment partner, PayPal Giving Fund.

If you're a charity, this may have happened for a variety of reasons, including:

• A change in the charity's status with a government regulator
• PayPal Giving Fund issued checks that remained uncashed/expired for a long period of time
• The charity has reached out to PayPal Giving Fund to close the payment account
